Roll fondant is a product that can be used well for decorating or decorating your home-made cake or pastry. Fondant has a sweet taste and consists of glucose and boiled sugar. The color and taste can be added during the production process, so there are many different types of fondant. To make it as easy as possible, Baking and Cooking sells ready-made roll fondant. You can process this directly on your baked product or you can immediately create beautiful shapes and creations with it.

Please note that when you start processing the fondant you first sprinkle some powdered sugar or cornflour on your work surface, so that your fondant does not stick to the substrate when it is rolled out.

You process the fondant as follows: first, knead the fondant well so that it becomes soft and supple. Then make a ball from the fondant, press it a little flat and then you start rolling it out. If you want to cover a cake with fondant, make sure that you make a slightly thicker layer of fondant because this is easier to process.
