Most bakers use the classic round cake molds, but nowadays cake pans are made in all kinds of shapes. For example, use a number of different dimensions of the square cake pans to build a beautiful cake with multiple layers. We also have special pans in a heart shape for Valentine's Day or Mother's Day. All round and square cake pans are provided with a silicone coating at Baking & Cooking, but can be provided with a special silicone coating if desired. We recommend the special coating if products are baked in which a lot of fruit (apples, cherries, raspberry, etc.) is processed, as this coating is composed in such a way that it is more resistant to fruit acids that can attack a standard coating.
In addition to the cake pans, we also offer top quality spring forms in various diameters. These shapes are from the WALTER brand and are extremely suitable for professional use. The WALTER spring forms are provided with a silicone non-stick coating, which ensures that you can unload your cakes without any problems. For a longer service life, we recommend washing the molds by hand.
