Can I return my order?
The following applies to private customers:
Is the purchase not entirely satisfactory, or did you order the wrong item?Then you can cancel / dissolve this within 14 days. The 14 days start when the product is received. Then you have another 14 days to return the product. It is not mandatory to provide a reason for return, but we would like to know this for quality purposes. We would like to ask you to complete the return form and to send it with the return shipment. You can also contact us for the return of products. The direct costs of returning the goods are for your account.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day
b) for sales contracts: on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the goods.
c) for agreements where the consumer has ordered several goods in the same order that are delivered separately: on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the last good.
d) for agreements concerning the delivery of a good consists of different shipments or parts: on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically take possession of the last shipment or part.
e) for agreements concerning the regular delivery of goods during a certain period: on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically acquires the first good.

We kindly ask you to complete the return form with a statement of reason and to send it with the return shipment. Or you can contact us to return the product. The product can only be returned unused and (if possible) in the original packaging. The return costs are for your own account for returning your order.
For some products we unfortunately have to make an exception.

My order has arrived damaged or defective, how can I return it?
If you have received an item that is incomplete, defective or damaged, you can choose to return or replace the item free of charge. Contact our staff for this and they will provide you with a suitable solution. It is important to check the condition of the package (including content) immediately on / after receipt for any damage and / or inaccuracies. If there is damage to the product that is not visible from the outside, it is necessary that we are notified within 24 hours (due to damage claim to carrier).
I have received products that I have not ordered, how can I return them?
If you have received an item that you have not ordered, you can choose to return or replace the item free of charge. Contact our staff for this and they will provide you with a suitable solution. What about the costs when returning? If you return the complete order you will receive the full purchase amount back. If you return part of your order, you will only receive the purchase amount of the specific items back. The costs for returning the order are for your own account.
How long does it take for my payment to be refunded?
Once we have received your return, we will process it as quickly as possible. We repay the amount in the same way that the original transaction was made. This happens in any case within the legal 14 days. But in most cases this is processed within a week.
