Making ice cream is not a very hard job and also not very labor intensive with an ice machine. Make your base for the ice cream according to the recipe and put it in the ice cream maker. Then let the ice cream maker do its work itself, this cools the mixture to a nice and tasty ice cream which also contains no ice crystals by continuously stirring the mixture. After it has become ice cream it can be served immediately. If it is not eaten immediately, you can transfer it to a box that is suitable for the freezer and you can keep it for another week.
Tip: remove the ice cream bowl from the freezer about 10-15 minutes before serving, so that it can be used to make nice spheres.
