Rotary oven trolleys are designed for efficient baking of bread, pastry and other bakery products in professional rotary and rack ovens. Our stainless steel oven trolleys provide a practical solution for loading multiple baking trays into the oven at the same time.
The trolleys are available in different configurations and can be selected according to tray size, number of levels and oven type. Common bakery tray sizes include 600 x 400 mm and 600 x 800 mm.
When selecting a rotary oven trolley, the overall dimensions are not the only important factor. The trolley must also be compatible with the lifting, fixing or rotating system used by the specific oven. It is therefore important to check the required configuration when replacing an existing rack oven trolley.
