This sprung wheel is a part of the dough cutter on rod (G27 056), and is supplied complete with fastening screw.
Pay attention! The spring loaded mechanisms of the cutting wheels contain a hardened steel retaining ring, this ring can rust when exposed to aggressive cleaning agents. We therefore recommend that you do not clean the cutting wheels in the dishwasher, but under a warm tap and then let them dry thoroughly.
