Caraphot Two is a chocolate melter, specially designed to melt chocolate and keep it at a stable temperature. Each CarapHot One has a removable inner pan, for storing chocolate, sauces, icing and creams for coating ice cream bars, topping and decorating artisanal ice cream, soft ice cream, frozen yoghurt, etc.

The inner pan height is ideal for fully dipping products: up to 25 cm
