This mixing kneading machine is ideal for pizzerias. The machine has a large mixing bowl of 21L and can therefore make up to 17kg of dough per cycle in +/- 20 minutes. The mixing bowl, spiral and dough crusher are completely made of stainless steel 18/10. Protected by micro switch on the stainless steel guard, when opened the motor stops immediately.
